I’m a technology executive with more than fifteen years of progressive IT leadership, focused on logistics, enterprise architecture, and turning complex operations into reliable digital systems. I care about the overlap between strategy and execution—where roadmaps meet real freight, real budgets, and real teams.

Today I serve as Head of IS and TMS for Global Air Logistics at Kühne + Nagel, one of the world’s largest air and sea freight networks.

My recent work sits at the intersection of transformation and engineering culture: enterprise-wide digital change, cloud migration, and an AI-first approach that includes agentic practices and modern delivery standards. I’m comfortable with a wide range of architectural patterns at enterprise scale—cloud-native and event-driven systems, hexagonal and API-first designs, and the trade-offs that come with global traffic, compliance, and long-lived platforms. I’m equally at ease presenting strategic IT roadmaps to the C-suite and board, aligning technology investment with growth and risk in a heavily regulated, global environment.

I’ve repeatedly driven structural change at scale, from product-led operating models to insourcing and global platform rollouts, across multiple business units and regions.

When I’m not working or spending time with my family, you can usually find me riding long-distance gravel roads through the Schleswig-Holstein wilderness.
