I was never great at remembering macOS terminal commands.
cd this, ls that, another flag I have to Google…
Lately, I’ve found a much more natural way to work with the terminal: just talk to it.
Start an agent session, give it the permissions it needs within the session, choose a lower-cost model with strong reasoning, and tell it what you want in plain language:
- “Find this folder.”
- “Move these files.”
- “Show me what is taking all the space.”
- “Install this and fix whatever breaks.”

No need to memorize every command. You focus on the intent, the agent handles the mechanics.
It sounds like a small thing, but for me it’s another example of how agents are changing the interface between humans and computers.
And yes, I’m definitely rocking my folders now. 🤘
